Success In Challenges Inc is a nonprofit organization based in Long Beach, California, founded in 2001. For more than 20 years, we have worked to empower youth, parents, and families by building community strength, expanding access to resources, and creating pathways to lasting change.

Our approach is rooted in listening. We survey our community to understand what is truly needed, then design programs that respond directly to those needs. From youth leadership and educational advocacy to violence prevention and transitional support, SIC shows up where it matters most.
